Being a proactive organization we rely heavily on the communication of our supervisors to ensure that the property is maintained at an optimal level. Therefore, we have each property assigned to a field supervisor providing constant communication between the office and the field. All work orders are taken care of the day of issue or the following business day. We also have each of our supervisors complete a weekly landscapers report for each property that they are in charge of maintaining. This helps to keep the lines of communication open between the Foreman, Supervisors, Management, and Property Managers. We also provide the Property Managers with a weekly/bi-monthly breakdown of all irrigation repairs done with a further delineation of where each repair was made. Digital cameras are used to help both you and ourselves with issues and concerns, as well as reinforcements for extra billings.
With a fleet of over 30 trucks, approximately 75 full-time employees, including our own mechanics to service all of our trucks and machinery, we are equipped to handle your job today!
