Our History
Kevin and Linda Lott began Valley View Landscaping in May of 1992 with one used truck and one used trailer. Their first commercial maintenance accounts were a series of grocery store parking lots, and residential homes around the valley. Kevin performed all of the manual labor out on the properties, and Linda performed all the administrative and human resources work out of their home office. Those first years proved both difficult and rewarding as knowledge, experience and opportunities presented themselves to the hard-working owners and their first employees. They opened their first official office & yard location in southwest Chandler in March of 1996. They bought, built, and moved into their current offices in the Stellar Airpark in November of 2004.
Over the past 25 years, Valley View Landscaping has prided itself on their integrity and professional work ethic in all aspects of their business. What started out at a small family owned commercial/residential maintenance landscaping company, has now become a well established multi-faceted landscaping company here in the valley, with two divisions - one being our Commercial Maintenance Division, and the other being our Residential Construction Division - and we are still family owned. We continually strive to maintain our high level of integrity and customer service, and love to create new and innovative outdoor environments for our homeowners, as well as maintain aesthetically pleasing homes and homeowners' associations throughout the valley.
